On April 20, the actress will appear on Oprah's Sunday night series, Big Give, to make a "major" announcement. The one-hour program is devoted to helping people across the country in financial need. Aniston, who is currently filming Marley and Me with Owen Wilson in Florida, is no stranger to the power of giving back. She just teamed up with best pal Courteney Cox to raise $1 million for Epidermolysis Bullosa.
